

POSTNATAL CLASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Class fees are required in advance by bank transfer or Paypal in order to secure a booking.
Completion and return of the health screening questionnaire prior to attending the first class is mandatory for all participants.
In the unlikely event the Physiotherapist cancels a class you will be given as much notice as possible and offered a re-scheduled date to attend OR a refund for that class. The re-scheduled class cannot be amended or refunded if you subsequently cannot attend.
Missed sessions cannot be refunded or made up at a later date. Where sessions are missed due to Covid self-isolation you may be offered the chance to catch up via an online class or to make up a class at a later date, however this is dependent on availability and is not guaranteed.
The Physiotherapist reserves the right to refuse your participation at any point if deemed unsafe for you or others.
Please note that refunds are only available where continuing the course is against medical advice. Deferral of classes is an option where medically necessary.
Classes can be participated in 6 weeks after an uncomplicated vaginal delivery or 8 weeks after a Caeserean Section or instrumental delivery. Face to face classes are suitable until such time your baby is fully mobile.
CLIENT AGREEMENT
I will complete the health questionnaire to the best of my knowledge and will not withheld information that might be significant or relevant.
I acknowledge that certain elements of the class will be physically demanding. I am physically capable of participating in the sessions and understand that I can stop exercising whenever I choose.
I agree to report any pain, dizziness, nausea or discomfort during the class to the Physiotherapist. I agree to report any change in my health status which may affect my participation in these classes to the Physiotherapist. I agree to only participate in each class if I know I am in good health.
Please consult your Doctor if you suffer from any health problems or are in any doubt as to the suitability of the class. If you have been advised by a Doctor not to participate please make your Physiotherapist aware.
Please observe instructions on safety & technique. The Physiotherapist will give you guidance to perform each exercise and adjust it for you as needed.
Do not cause yourself pain through exercise – report any concerns to the Physiotherapist.
The exercises and the transitions between exercises should be performed at a pace and intensity which feels comfortable for you.
Every precaution will be taken to ensure your safety during these classes.
These classes are not intended for pregnancy.
Postnatal Gift Voucher Ts & Cs
The above terms and conditions apply in addition to the following;
Start date to be mutually agreed, once your baby has arrived. Once booked, this can only be amended at our discretion.
Classes must be booked and attended consecutively. Missed sessions cannot be re-scheduled or re-booked.
Your voucher is valid for 9 months however, please note baby cannot accompany you to face to face classes once he/she is fully mobile.
Voucher has no cash alternative and is not transferable.
ANTENATAL CLASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In the unlikely event the Physiotherapist is forced to cancel a class you will be given as much notice as possible and offered a re-scheduled date to attend OR a refund for that class (£10/class). The re-scheduled class cannot be amended or refunded if you subsequently cannot attend.
Missed classes cannot be refunded or made up at a later date.
The Physiotherapist reserves the right to refuse your participation at any point if deemed unsafe for you.

Class suitable from 12 weeks until 35/6 weeks at start of course. First scan must be completed prior to registering for the course.

The course participant is required to contact Mother Nurture Pilates to book a place. Once the course place is booked, this can only be amended at our discretion.

Voucher has no cash alternative and is not transferable to another person.
REHAB AFTER BIRTH ONLINE COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Course fees (£25) are required in advance by BACS or Paypal, prior to delivery of the course content. The course includes your bespoke Recovery Guide PDF and 4 online exercise classes, delivered by email at approximately 2-5 weeks after your birth.
Completion of the Registration Form when you place your order AND the Birth Summary Form after your birth is mandatory. Your bespoke Rehab After Birth PDF will be emailed to you upon receipt of your fully completed Birth Summary.
The Physiotherapist reserves the right to refuse your participation by declining to send Course resources if deemed unsafe for you to participate. Please note that refunds are only available where continuing the course is against medical advice. Deferral of the course start is available where medically necessary.
You agree to respect my intellectual property and understand that you do not have my permission to share, copy or distribute ANY of the content of this package. Course content is intended for your individual and personal use only.

I am physically capable of participating in gentle exercise and accept full and complete responsibility for my own participation. I will stop exercising whenever I wish, for any reason. I will report any pain, dizziness, nausea or discomfort during the exercises to the Physiotherapist. I will report any change in my health status which may affect my participation in these exercises to the Physiotherapist.
I will consult my Doctor or Midwife if I suffer from any health problems or have any doubt as to the suitability of the classes.
I agree to observe instructions on safety and technique, and will discontinue if I have been advised by a Doctor not to participate. I agree to only participate in the exercises if I am in good health.
The exercises and the transitions between exercises should be performed at a pace and intensity which feels comfortable for you. It is recommended that you perform the exercises at a frequency and duration comfortable to you. Do not cause yourself pain through exercise – report any concerns to the Physiotherapist.
