

**4 WEEK ONLINE ANTENATAL PILATES COURSE**
with Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist Jo Dyson
This course would be ideal for you if;
⁃ you're struggling with pelvic pain which limits getting around and makes daily tasks difficult,
⁃ you want to know how to modify abs exercises to suit your changing body, and what exercises can reduce the impact of abdominal separation,
⁃ you'd like to avoid symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction eg incontinence & pelvic organ prolapse,
⁃ you want to know how to use gentle movement to improve your sleep pattern,
⁃ you miss the feeling of a 'good workout', but aren't quite sure how you can achieve this in pregnancy,
⁃ you aim to stay strong & active throughout your pregnancy,
⁃ you're fed up with the aches and pains of pregnancy and are looking for a solution, ⁃ you'd like specialist guidance with pregnancy exercise that's tailored to meet your needs, with resources to support continued exercise at home after the course has finished,
⁃ you're in your 2nd or 3rd trimester.

Exclusively online, so no need to leave home.
Each class can be accessed 24/7 for the duration of your pregnancy,
so repeat the sessions as many times as you wish.
Course fees £50 and includes;
- resistance exercise band
- my 'Top Tips to Pregnancy Guide'
- x4 Physiotherapist led 45 minute classes, with ongoing access through your pregnancy
